MLS Status Change/Correction Form

Please note, brokers have access to make changes or cancel their agents' (non finalized) listings. 

Effective May 2025, WSGVR will require both a broker’s signature AND email confirmation for all MLS listing status changes, corrections, cancellations, and edit requests submitted to WSGVR.

Should you need to have WSGVR make changes to your listing, please fill out the MLS STATUS CHANGE/CORRECTION FORM and upload it below.

To cancel a listing, please use the MLS LISTING CANCELLATION FORM.
