Mario Manzanilla is a Loan Officer/ Reverse Mortgage Specialist, Educator, Financial Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the field and has helped many into home ownership, saving money, manage debt and credit, how to pay off a mortgage sooner and helping Seniors over 62 years old obtain financial independence with reverse mortgages.

Over the years Mario has done several financial presentations and taught Real Estate related courses and seminars at Cerritos College, Pasadena City College, The Learning Annex, West San Gabriel Association of Realtors, Temple City School District to name a few.

Attended La Salle High School, U.C.L.A and graduated from C.S.U.L.A. with a B.A. in Economics. Past West San Gabriel Association of Realtors Affiliate of the year, Los Angeles County Board of Realtors (LACBOR) Secretary and obtained Toastmaster Certification and other awards.

As a family, he enjoys attending his son’s soccer games and tournaments, traveling and family vacations.

An avid Martial Artist holding a 3^rd degree Black Belt in Karate from Master Takayuki Kubota’s International Karate Association, recently obtained the Kubotan Instructor Certification, a practical self-defense tool used by Police Officers, Military, Security and men and women of all sizes and capabilities. Competed in several Karate tournaments including the Long Beach Internationals and held the Title of Sensei.

Also trains with Aikido weapons and the Kubotan key chain self-defense practical tool. Enjoys Zazen meditation and loves experiencing different cultures.

Leena Sankary is a highly respected and experienced mortgage originator with over 15 years of invaluable experience in the real estate industry. A distinguished graduate of UCLA, she holds a Masters in Business and Bachelor's in Marketing. Leena was honored as the A-list Top Producers by the AREAA. Her leadership skills are also evident as the Vice President of AREAA and 2023 Affiliate Chair at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS. One of her distinguishing attributes is her multi-language proficiency, with the ability to fluently speak Mandarin, Thai, and English. This allows her to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. When not immersed in her work, she finds solace and rejuvenation in nature escapes, outdoor adventures, and fitness pursuits such as yoga. These activities not only recharge her energy but also contribute to her sense of well-being and fulfillment.
