Adriana Morgan, PuroClean Adriana Morgan is the business development representative for PuroClean of San Dimas we’re they specialize in restoring commercial and residential properties from damages caused by fire, water, mold, and biohazards.

Jon Wax, SnapNHD Jon has been presenting and training real estate brokers, agents, and escrow officers in NHD, Tax and Environmental Reporting for over 25 years. Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Law and Juris Doctorate from the American College of Law. He was awarded the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTOR® Affiliate of the Year and Escrow Association of San Gabriel Valley Affiliate of the Year.
